Duncan J Baldwin L.L.B. Solicitor admitted 1987 is the Partner who heads our well
established private client department.
Duncan is currently President of the Association of Northwest Law Societies
(ANWLS) and has been the Secretary of Burnley and Pendle Law Society for some
8 years. He is assisted principally at our Padiham office by Anthony Briggs, former
Senior Partner of the firm who has 47 years experience in legal practice; and at our
Burnley office by Alison Greenwood Fellow of the institute of Legal Executives.
