Duncan was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and joined Waddington and Son in 1988. He heads the private client and non contentious side of the practice, dealing with conveyancing, commercial convayancing, wills and probate. Duncan also supervises the civil litigation department and personal injury department. When not immersed in his work he is a keen walker, ornithologist and supporter of Sale Sharks rugby club.
