Duncan J Baldwin LLB Solicitor admitted 1987 is the Partner who heads our well established private client department. He is currently the President of the Association of North West Law Societies (ANWLS) and has been secretary of Burnley and Pendle Law Society since 2003.
Dylan Bradshaw
The busy and successful Criminal Law Department is headed by Partner, Dylan J Bradshaw LLB Solicitor and Higher Court Advocate. Dylan has been with the firm since 1988 and became a Partner in 1994. His specialisms are in sensitive and high profile contested matters in the Magistrates Court and serious and complex crime in the Crown Court. Dylan is also a member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme.

The long established yet progressive Family Law Department operating from both our Burnley and Padiham offices is headed by Partner, Colin Warner LLB Solicitor admitted 1988. Colin an accredited member of Resolution is also a member of the Law Society's Family Panel and Children's Panel.
