Head of Department
The busy and successful Criminal Law Department is headed by Partner, Dylan J Bradshaw LL.B. Solicitor & Higher Courts Advocate.
Dylan has been with the firm since 1988 and became a Partner in 1994.
His specialisms are in sensitive and high profile contested matters in the Magistrates Court and serious and complex crime in the Crown Court.
Dylan is also a member of the Duty Solicitors Scheme.

- Trevor Grice LL.B. ARICS. Solicitor admitted 1986. Self-employed Consultant with his own extensive following. Duty Solicitor.
- Andrew T. Clegg. Accredited Police Station and Duty Solicitor and Representative and Senior Crown Court Practitioner within the firm.
- Cathryn Fell BSC Solicitor admitted 2005. Duty Solicitor.
- Daniel Frazer BA Solicitor admitted 2008. Accredited Police Station and Duty Solicitor Representative.
- In addition Colin Warner is a Duty Solicitor and Katharine Marshall Solicitor is an Accredited Police Station and Duty Solicitor Representative.
Actions against the Police
Waddington & Son have one of the largest Legal aid Contracts in the Northwest of England to pursue for our clients publicly funded civil actions against the police.
