Duncan J Baldwin LL.B. Solicitor admitted 1987 is the Partner who heads our well established Private Client Department.
Duncan is currently President of the Association of Northwest Law Societies (ANWLS) and has been the Secretary of Burnley and Pendle Law Society for some 8 years. He is assisted principally at our Padiham office by:

- Alison Greenwood at our Burnley office
